Originally the unit was making a noise when turned off. I found a bad relay and ended up replacing the power/relay board. I also replaced the run capacitor as well. It now runs and removes water from the air. While I have the back off i found that the compressor now runs very hot. I cannot touch it after it runs 5 minutes or more and it takes a while to cool down when I turn it off. Does anyone know how hot compressors run? The coils get very cold.

Rotary compressor, approx 200-300ºF easily.
