Frigidaire double electric oven. the lower oven / bottom element model FFET3025PSD is not heating. how do i get access to the heating element? thru the very bottom of thru the back of the unit? thank you in advance

i have already changed this upper ovens bottom element it was burned and had no continuity.
i have also changed several clients upper ovens bottom cook elements in my subdivision
