Both sides of my refrigerator quit cooling, the hi temp alarm was beeping. I pulled the refrigerator out and checked to see if the compressor was running, and it was. The coils are clean and the fan is running. I unplugged the unit and let sit for approximately 5 minutes. Once plugged back in the compressor started and the lines got cold for a few minutes then went warm.

Sounds like the compressor has gone bad.

Check your owners manual warranty, some Frigidaire models have a 5 yr. compressor warranty on them.

Update: I found the service mode diagnostic sheet. I plugged the fridge back in to run the tests and I has been running perfect for the last 36 hours. I have done nothing to it. Any ideas? I hate intermittent issues.

That's very odd. Yes, intermittent problems are the hardest to nail down, just keep your eye on it for awhile and see how it does.
