Barely used FGBM15WCVFB Frigidaire Microwave & Convection appliance convection feature not working.
I am following the instructions as stated in the owner's manual yet the appliance is not preheating nor completing a convection cycle. In fact, what I see on the appliance screen is not matching completely of what the manual is showing.
I would start the preheating cycle, and then a few seconds in, it would stop and show "E - 01" on the screen. I am assuming that's an error message, however, the manual doesn't provide a description for what "E - 01" means. The manual doesn't even have a troubleshooting section.
The microwave feature is working as is heating food, it's just the convection features.
Any thoughts would be great.
