Hi,

What do you mean by you can't get it to go lower than 99? 99 what? 99 minutes?

Does it keep running in the wash cycle when its at 99?

Its likely heating the water, that's why it stays at 99. Your neighbors new water heater is set too low, tell your neighbor to raise the temperature back where it was with the old water heater. Normal would be between 120 to 130 degrees.

I thought you were in a duplex or something and the water heater was to both units in your neighbor's unit.:)

Its very strange it started doing that after they replaced their water heater.

I'm very puzzled by this, its best to have Frigidaire come out to see what's going on.
