Fisher Paykel Fridge Leaking Water from Front Right Door handle

We recently noticed water slowly leaking out of the right door handle of our fridge. The water dispenser is also on this door panel so we are worried that it could be leaking from there.
We have tried turning the water line off to see if it makes a difference but not 100% if it is related yet.

Only this area seems to be leaking - Does anyone have any idea why?
