We used to have an extended warranty on this unit and on one of the last service calls about 3 years ago we complained about low water pressure and small ice cubes. the tech did something to the ice maker for more water to come into the try. We have moved and have much better water pressure but now we hare having too much water in the ice tray and the cubes come out in a couple large chunks and there is water spilling into the holding try and freezes solid with the cubes. Is there an adjustment I can dial down so not so much water comes out?

TIA

Take the plastic front cover off of the ice maker, just unsnaps off.

Here's a photo of yours, you can see the water adjustment screw on the top right:

Glad that fixed it.:)

Is there a way to reduce the time between ice cycles?
No unfortunately not.
