    ALWAYS discharge the high-voltage capacitor first if you even think your hands will come close to any HIGH VOLTAGE components.

    Jeff mentions this: Anything in the high voltage ( magnetron, capacitor, diode, wires to and from ):
    ...Use a metal ( not the shiny chrome type ) screw driver with a insulated handle to short across ( touch both at the same time ) the terminals of the high voltage capacitor to discharge it.

The cooling vent exhaust fan won't shut off and there's is buzzing sound that won't stop. Is there a fix for this behavior? HELP PLEASE. I need to fix this ASAP because I have a home inspection scheduled for Tuesday.

It's coming from the relays that are attached to the circuit board but they seems to be permanently attached to the circuit board.

They are attached to the board in the link. They're not sold separately. You'll need to replace the board.
