Frigidaire Ac/ How To Install

How do you install the Frig. AC unit into a window if you have the storm window. The manufacter directions isn't clear. It only gives me a"Fig. 12 & 14" picture that I can't figure out. Please give me the steps in removing the storm window or how to use the wood they are referring to. thank you & God Bless.
