I probably did something stupid but putting that aside, my air conditioner was blowing smelly air (mold) . I Googled how to clean an air condition and then did the following. I took the air conditioner to the back yard, took off the casing and hosed it down . once I finished cleaning the air conditioner I turned it on and it was perfect. I put it in the garage to dry out and about three weeks later I turned it on and there was a constant loud noise coming from the motor. It almost sounded like the fan or something got rusted. The motor has no oil ports so i tried putting oil on the two ends of the fan hoping that the oil would make its way into the motor. So far nothing worked. Any suggestions.

Well, unfortunately that motor had been discontinued.

Manufacturer Number 5304441406
This part has been permanently discontinued by the manufacturer and we don't know of any source for the part.

Anytime you take you take the unit outside to wash the coils out, you always have to cover the motor with something to keep water from going in it.
