Frigidaire CPES3085KF6 oven wont maintain heat

Hi, i have been having issues with this oven maintaining heat. it seems to slowly heat up to temp, but then the temp drops off and doesn't come back up. if you set it at 350 it will say it is good, but if you reset the oven and then try to bake again at 350 the temp will be way down in the 200's. I have had a repair man out, who changed the computer, but that did not solve the issue. after reading about the issue i purchased an oven sensor and changed that out as well, but the issue still remains. at this point not sure if there is any more that can be done.

I'd next disconnect power to your range and check the bake element itself, ohm test it and see what your meter reads.

Here's the bake element for your model, if needed:
