I've had the Frigidaire FG4H2272UF for a year and a half. Fortunately I have the Lowes Protection Plan however I haven't made progress on the issue and the have been without a freezer for about 10 days now.
It started with the Freezer chirping and flashing HI
In order to stop the chirping we would hit the "Quick Freeze" button and that would stop the chirping and the freezer would then set to zero
Unfortunately we noticed the food in the freezer thawing out
Then we noticed the middle draw that we used as a refrigerator not cooling
An Electrolux technician came out the first time and replaced the main board. He said it may take up to two days for the sensors to recognize the board. I don't believe that but either way it didn't work. Unfortunately whenever they leave they close the Lowes warranty service request so I have to open a new ticket each time to reschedule
He came back and noticed the fan in the freezer not running so he replaced the fan. Said it could take two days again for the freezer to work. But of course nothing
now late yesterday my wife noticed water when she opened the refrigerator door and I thought maybe one of us spilled water
Then this morning it happened again and we noticed the ice in the ice maker thawing out.
I have an another Electrolux appt next week but the technician unfortunately is having a challenging time especially because he isn't getting any error codes. Very nice but that doesn't make the almost 3K refrigerator we bought work properly
It also seems like the refrigerator that has been working is slowly not staying as cold as it was although its still cold. I have small thermostats to read the refrigerator temperature so we will see if that stays functional
Fortunately I have a small freezer but we may need to get a cheap garage refrigerator also because I do NOT trust this refrigerator
I'm seeing these threads and they have the exact same symptoms.

This refrigerator cost too much money to have these types of issues, especially after only a year and a half. Does Frigidaire have to come out to fix the Seal System or should an Electrolux technician be able to resolve this? Does Electrolux have an escalation process? Everything seems so non urgent to them.
