My 1 yr old FG4H2272UF Frigidaire refrigerator has a issue where it starts beeping with Hi T alarm for the Freezer. It shows anywhere between 21- 25 mostly and once at 64 F for 0 to -2 F set point. The temperature inside is high at 25-40 F. I can get it working again after playing with the set point up or down by 1 or 2 F and/or by cutting power for a short time. I have not been able to figure out what works but the Hi T alarm goes away after 3-4 tries in about 2-6 hrs.

When cooling, the T in freezer is as low as -10 F as measured by a dial temperature measurement device (must be based bimetallic strip principle) for 0 to -2 F set point. The Electrolux technician indicated that it is the controller board and Frigidaire has refunded our money for this discontinued model. Any thoughts on if this is really a controller board or can I fix it if it is the thermistor or something else. The problem started after about 7 months of installation.

Yes, it seems you have the similar issue as @wiseguyk here:

If the thermistor tests good, then its a main control board problem.

Thanks Jake - Would you know of any professional help in Frisco, Tx who can help us look at the Thermistor, replace it if needed, and tell is if the control board is available.
