My refrigerator has recently had an evaporator, the stepper valve, and the compressor replaced due to a refrigerant leak. Ever since then the variable speed compressor hasn't slowed down one bit, despite the fact that both compartments are always either at or below their set temperatures (Checked with my own thermometer). It has caused the ice maker to frost up to the point that there's frost on the outside, and can no longer keep the hopper cool enough.

My questions are:
1: Is this issue likely to have been caused by the repair?
2: If so, should I call Frigidaire back?
3: If not, what should I try doing to fix this? I know there's a diagnostic mode I can put it in, so what tests should I run?

Yes With a sealed system repair, there's always the possibility for a small leak that could take days, weeks, even months before enough refrigerant leaked out to affect the cooling. The only way to know is with a set of refrigeration gauges.
