I have a Frigidaire FGES3065PFD slide in range, and the oven doesn't heat. This problem is consistent with Bake, Broil, and Convect settings. It appears as if everything in the oven is working properly, controls respond, fan comes on, etc, it just doesnt heat and the temperature never goes above 100 on the display during bake/convect and never heats during broil. Are there any known issues with this model? Can you share the service manual?

Its sounds like possibly your thermostat went out.

Here it is for your model: 807144901 Thermostat

You'd need to ohm test it for continuity with a multimeter.

This video gives you the general idea of how to access it, remember to unplug the range first before you access and ohm test it.
