Thanks Jake and all the team members at Appliance Blog!! This is the fifth device I started to repair using your blogs.. I even used this blog to search for parts with the help of a qualified technician.

Starting the diagnostics on the repair of this refrigerator. This is one of two units. The freezer on the left side and the fridge on the right. Freezer working as expected but fridge is not cooling. Temp sensor shows 14C . Starting deep cleaning and verifying vents are clean . I am not moving the fridge yet as I want to exhaust all option from the front. Do you have a manual on how to reset the fridge and set temp? Is there a process to get failure codes?

Thanks in advance for the help on this matter!!...

Ruben

14C is 57F, We like using F here instead of C. LOL

This is a model I have not worked on as of yet, and I could not locate the tech data sheet or service manual for this model, so I'm not going to be able to assist on this one Ruben.

Hopefully another tech that has worked on this model can assist you.

is there a escalation I can use??
Only if another tech sees your thread and knows the problem, other than that contact Frigidaire to come back out at 1-800-374-4432 to see what's going on, to see why this is happening, and if the Frigidaire tech does not know, they have a special factory hotline phone number to get the Frigidaire factory involved to find a solution to this problem.
