Washer was showing E43 error code (Control Board Communication problem).
I replaced the Control Board and it is still showing the same error and won't spin.
It will spin in diagnostic mode. :/
Can you help me with this?

Hi,

Here's the tech. data sheet for your model: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1WxnOW1g4wG1pHEmpNzNTl85GQLwiKrZH

E43=Control Board Problem --->Replace Control Board.

Ok, I did some research on the E43 and a few other members replaced the control board and that didn't fix it.

It turned out to be the door latch/lock assembly that was the cause.

Here's how to test the door lock latch switch assembly: Remove the door lock assembly and measure the resistance of the PTC.

The PTC is the wax motor on the door lock assembly. You will need a multimeter to test that.

If it reads 1500 ohms, then its fine, and the problem would be the control board.

Here's the door latch/lock assembly for your model:

Thanks Jake.
I will check that tonight.
BTW, I'm not sure what the "PTC" is, but I found page 48 & 49 of the manual helpful.

Ok Rich,

The PTC is the orange part sticking out of the door lock switch, yours may be another color like white if its not orange.:)
