Diagnostics: Tested heating element OK - 15 OHM - sanitize cycle heats up fine, heating element seems to work.
Thermistor tested low resistance - 1 ohm when cold, open when hot. = OK

Problem: The dishwasher stops running and shows 'washing' in the display after a few wash cycles in a program. Dishes have water on them, clearly didn't dry.

I've tried every diagnostic start button presses I could find. None work. I've tried 1-2-3-1-2-3-1-2-3, Hi-temp - Start, Air-dry - Start. Can't get it to start diagnostics.

There was a small leak from the heating element seal. Fixed, and cleaned the electrical contacts. Since the sanitize cycle works (lots of steam, dishwasher very hot to the touch), I'm assuming the heating element is fine.

Help! Why does it stop and display 'washing' and not dry the dishes?

I'm attaching your tech. data sheet below, see if you can get into the WATER/SERVICE TEST and let it run through that.

Thanks Jake!

Pressing the air dry and start together didn't do anything. I did it from idle mode, from active mode, with the door open, with the door closed. No lights came on, nothing on the display.

I'm not sure the air dry button works. I can't get it's light to turn on by pushing it. It only comes on or off when in heavy wash and I deselect the sanitize option. Perhaps the button is broken?

Could it be some other diagnostic code?

Anytime!
