Frigidaire gallery gas range LGGF3046TFA weird hot smell after repair

The oven wasn't keeping temp so we replaced the oven thermometer/temp probe, the gas safety valve, and the ignitor for the bake element. The oven works now, gets hot and holds temp. However, there is an awful burning smell. It is not gas, it is a hot, burny, "new oven" smell. We have done a bubble test and there are no gas leaks from replacing the safety valve.

Any ideas? thank you

It should go away in a day. It's probably the new igniter.
