I have a side by side Frigidaire Gallery that constantly runs water out of the water dispenser. I turned the water line off and the light behind the water dispenser stays on. I unplugged the refrigerator for 10 min, removed the dispenser to see if anything was broken (didn’t see anything) then plugged it back in. It resolved the issue for about an hour. The water line is tuned back off and light still on like the dispenser is stuck. Has anyone experienced this before or have any ideas? Thank you.

Yes, the problem is usually your dispenser module, seen this happen a few times on my service calls.

For others following your thread--->You just pop off the plastic frame with a putty knife, use a cloth over it to protect you from scratching your exterior door, and then removing several dispenser module screws. There should also be Three small electrical plugs that disconnect from it.

You can see from this thread, which is similar to your issue, that the new dispenser module fixed it:

I clicked on the Ice button and it also constantly pours out. Would that also be the dispenser module?

Yes, that is correct, you'd need the new dispenser module to fix it.
