When starting a new cycle, in multiple settings. It stops entirely after literally 2-3 minutes after initial start. Then wife has to hit start and sometimes it would continue as normal. Other times it would go and stop again, hit start, and then it would continue. The 3 shortest cycles proceed without issue.
Please help
Thanks

Hi Mark,

Lets first try to get it to pull up an error code on the control panel display.

Here's the repair manual for your model: 3.0 cu.ft. Horizontal Axis Front-Load Washer (Good & Better Models): www.applianceblog.com/manuals/5995413084_Washer_2004.pdf

You can run the diagnostics and see if an error code comes up. You have the "BETTER" model. So an error code will be read in the control panel display.

Let us know the results.

It stopped (paused) during a second load, just a couple of minutes in. No code on panel. All lights were off except the door lock light.
Code the lock or lock sensor be bad?

Did you read the service manual I posted that shows you how to pull up the error code?

Read Page 59 of that service manual, it tells you how.:)
