Kind of a strange case.

It stopped producing ice cubes a few days back. I thought it was because of the frozen ice in the dispenser, so I removed and cleaned it. Then when I put it back in, after about an hour I got the H1 alert. It was then that I noticed some of the items were not completely frozen.

I got the tech sheets from another thread and ran the test, all came back normal except 5C. It gave an E on the second and fourth run (not the first or third) even though 5A and 5B came back normal. It is like it is working sometimes.

Ok Damper Motor is 5C:
If A or B did not display a “4” this test will display “_” and the motor will not run.
If “4” was displayed in test A or B this test displays “E”, and runs the motor continuously. If motor movement is not heard, there is a problem with the motor or motor circuit.
If motor is running, there is a problem with the damper switch or damper switch circuit.

Did you hear the damper motor running? Also is the evaporator fan motor in the freezer running when you open the freezer door?

Wait, you said you had HI on your FREEZER temperature display?

Your refrigerator section is cooling fine still?

Put a freezer thermometer in the FREEZER and tell us what it reads in 2 hours.

Do you see frost build-up on the back panel inside the FREEZER?

Yes I get the H1 on the FREEZER.

My refrigerator section is cooling fine.

The thermometer reads 36.

I see no frost build up anywhere.

Ok, then remove the back panel inside the freezer and take a photo of your evaporator coil and upload it here, we need to see the frost pattern on it.
