I've been getting the H1 error code and beeping even when the door is closed. The air flow from the damper vent is very weak,

HI error code on the refrigerator side temperature display means--->FF Temp. above 55ºF.

Is the freezer fan running good in the freezer? Any frost build-up on the back panel inside the freezer?

I'm attaching your tech. data sheet below, get into SERVICE MODE, and DO TEST 5--->DAMPER MOTOR and tell us what the results are.

The freezer is running well. No frost build up on the back panel. I did get the flashing 4 when I ran the test. I guess I'll be getting that damper control assembly
