Frigidaire Refrigerator FFSS2615TE0 Low waterflow after filter change

just replaced the filter with a Frigidaire ULTRAWF and the water flow has decreased considerably. Previous filter change also decreased the flow. It will take over 2 minutes to fill an 8 ounce glass. I removed and re installed the filter several times with no change. I also tried with filter removed and pressing in where the filter plugs in to see if there is flow. I can get what I feel is plenty of water to come out. So it seems like it may be after the filter. Not positive about this.

Yes, the plastic caps are off of the filter.

What should I try?

Hi, another member had this same issue here:
Follow what I mentioned to do in that thread and keep us posted.

Its either the water inlet valve or the water filter base, your model uses the exact same ones as in that thread.
