Frigidaire Refrigerator LGHB2869TF5 Lower ice maker not working. Light on front panel for “water” not lighting up.

The lower ice maker will not work. The freezer works and cools fine. There is no disruption of the water line. Upper ice maker works fine. Also noticed that the light for the water selection does not light up.
