My refrigerator is not cooling at all, both the Freezer and refrigerator. The fan seems to be running fine. What part should I replace?

Hi,

Nice pictures.
Small splotch of frost often shows a major system problem of some sort. Leaker, restriction, inefficient compressor or any combination of these = BIG$$ repair.

What part should I replace?

Happy shopping for new refrigerator time....or have an appliance tech come in and check the refrigeration system for an esp of repair.

Should I replace the motor fan? I bought this refrigerator for $500 two years ago. If I call a tech come in, then it costs me a lot.
