Side by side refrigerator is not dispensing water. I changed water filter. Installed new water valve. Replaced water filter base and still no water! Water valve is turning on. Did diagnostic display panel test mode and it did not find any thing wrong with valve or paddle switch.

Hi,

Thanks!

Here's the parts diagram:
#97 is your water tank behind the lower crispers in the refrigerator section, check that water tank and make sure it is not frozen up, which would cause the water to not flow to the water dispenser.

I don't think so because when i disconnect the coupling at the bottom left side of the door where it goes up to the paddle. When i press the paddle water shoots out the right of the tubing

Then you have a water line clog inside the freezer door.

Another person had this same issue:

I told him the same thing below:

You can't take the door apart on this model.

Click the link to your water line tubing I'm posting below and you will see how to remove it and clear the blockage from it.

Here's the water line tubing that goes up inside your freezer door(Video Included):

Let us know what you find.

I didn't do any thing yet. My neighbor gave me an idea to shoot air in the hose leading up to the water dispenser so i gotta go get a can. Jake do you know where the 4 hoses go to from the water valve? I haven't been able to find anything on this.

The isolation is the primary solenoid where the water comes out first.

Jake it's resolved! I shot air in the left door tubing that goes up to dispenser didn't feel any air at the spout. I got some #12 stranded electrical wires and snaked the tubing both ways to a point but never came out the other end. I got a hair blower and warmed up the tubing and a little rusty water came out. Snaked the tubing and this time it made its way out the other end. Put it all back and I got water. I had to replace the water filter base from all connecting and disconnecting the tubing connection into the filter base was defective. It's all good thanks for your brain picking! I will send a donation.
