Frigidaire Wall Oven PLEB30M9ECA. Broil works - Bake does not. Tested bake element at 16-17 ohms. I have gotten access to the control board with out removing the wall oven. How do I test the control board to see it has voltage going in and out to the bake element ?

With a volt meter, test for power coming into the clock/control and power coming out when the control/oven is set for bake.

Out is Y6 and Y6 to the bake element.
Looks like K5 and DLB in is the power in.

Trying to keep from having to remove the wall oven from the wall. I am able to access the control board and the wires coming in to the back of it. Novice on electrical here... I know red power/voltage and black is ground. With the oven still in the wall where do you recommend I ground the black lead?

I'd definetly send that clock away to see if it can be repaired....most of that looks like flash burn dust so it looks worse than it is.
