Front-load washer WFW80HEBW1 water in door seal

I have a Whirlpool WFW80HEBW1 front-load washer which is approximately 5-7 years old.
So the problem with it is that the water is getting in a door seal and it will stay there unless I manually drain it.

The worst thing is if it hard to get the water out and it starts to smell pretty bad.
Does anyone have any ideas about what might be wrong with it or any tips on how to fix it?

Here's the door boot bellow for your model below, when you click the link to it you will see a video and in the video you will see the small drainage holes at the bottom, they are likely clogged up and that water in the bellows is not draining back into the tub.

Yes Alex, that's most likely the cause of that water in the bellows.
