FIXED FRT18TRCW3 Frigidaire garage fridge not working

So we have this FRT18TRCW3 Frigidaire garage fridge, where because of cold weather didn't realize but just checked and seems like compressor is not coming on.

Both fridge and freezer are showing temperature in early 40s, because of cold temps in the garage.

Could it be a relay or something else? Where should I start? Thank you

Double checked and it seems like temp control in fridge area was messed up and hence nothing was coming on, for now good.

Mods consider this as solved or please remove it. Thank you

Thank you Jake. Now reading about it, outside temp is the reason for freezer not being at nominal temps.

Changed the dial a bit and compressor kicked in last night and I thought somehow dial control was moved by someone?

By major contributor is colder temp outside in the garage, in case someone else is looking:
