I believe it's this model:
InSinkErator Evolution Compact Garbage Disposal - Faucet Depot

This unit is now vibrating very hard when used (and empty). There is nothing clogging the unit (in the upper hopper unit) when feeling around from in the sink.

I have read up and found that it could be the impellers or the flywheel. How do get to this section of the disposal?

I am a complete newbie at this. Here is the diagram that I am using as my guide.

When it comes to food disposers, you don't want to do any repairs unless they're very simple repairs. You'll end opening up a can of worms if you do. Manufactures like ISE don't do any repairs either. They just replace the entire unit. You will come out money ahead by just replacing the unit. The model number of the unit is on the very bottom. You'll want to check that because ISE "Evolution" series disposers have a 6 year parts and "In Home" service warranty. You listed yours as 1-5 years old. There will be a phone number on the model tag you can call for warranty. Write down the model number and serial number before you call.

Apparently, according to InSinkErator, I do not have the correct serial number. Please take a look at the attached image. Can you please tell me the serial number?
