Hello, a couple days ago I cleaned the air filter because the water heater kept igniting repeatedly. It worked fine after that but this morning I found the powervent fan won't shut off. What could be the problem?

I can't find a manual anywhere on the net. Does anyone know where I can get the manual?

I have no experience with water heaters but I believe the model number should be 21VP50E-1A

I couldn't find an owner's manual for it either. Have you tried contacting Rheem?
