Just installed GE dishwasher. Had a callback because it was Leaking from bottom of door. I adjusted the left side of the tub seal gasket to extend farther down, as it was shorter than the right side; which helped. Ran some wash cycles. Looking further, there are water droplets collecting beyond the gasket of the tub frame and the side of the door. The machine is installed level with proper gaps and clearances, so that the door is not hanging up on surrounding cabinets. The dishwasher door seems very flexible, and does not seem to make full contact with the door gasket on the left, top and right sides equally. After my adjustments, the drip stopped, but I believe with normal use, the tub and door will flex and the drip will return. I read on GE website that "the dishwasher will have to go through several complete wash cycles to properly seat the new door gasket." The customer is not satisfied with this explanation. What else can I look to?

Nothing, you fixed it, let the customer use it and see if the leak returns, but I doubt it will.
