Moved into brand new house with new samsung dishwasher, After the cycle is complete and drained . the dishwasher would start filling up with fresh water. So i decided to buy another brand new one. a GE does the same thing. Everything is level drain hoses are routed correct. Now would a hot water hose going to the dishwasher have anything to do with that. thank you.

That's very odd, because both dishwashers use a water inlet valve that shuts the fresh water OFF from coming into the dishwasher when not in use.

I'm not following you there, what do you mean? The water supply line from underneath your sink connects to the water inlet valve of the dishwasher.

You have a secondary hot water line going to the dishwasher?

No just one. the water line going to the dishwasher is a hot water line. being feed by a tankless water heater.

Ok, I understand now.

Unfortunately, I don't know what's causing this problem, I've never seen a dishwasher supplied by a tankless water heater.

Hopefully another tech. or member can shed some light on this for you.
