I've been having this issue for a while. The dishwasher will randomly beep throughout the day, and if I don't use it frequently enough (every 2-3 days), it'll go dead. I'll have to reset the breaker a few times to get it to finally turn on again.
Initially I thought it was the main control board. I replaced that, but eventually the problem came back.
I've done some research on this forum to try and figure it out. I've referenced the service guide linked here: https://www.applianceblog.com/mainf...-no-lights-on-control-panel.89244/post-461086
None of the flashing patterns described on the Main Control Diagnostics page 45 were accurate.
I kept searching and found this thread with my exact same issue: https://www.applianceblog.com/mainf...mc-board-flashes-1x-approx-2-5-seconds.95325/
2.5 seconds between service LED flashes, random beeps, then shuts down/goes dead. Exactly what I'm dealing with.
Next, I verified that the main control board is outputting 14.09V using this guide: https://www.applianceblog.com/mainf...-no-lights-on-control-panel.89244/post-461087
Should I still replace the UI board? Should I wait until it goes dead again and try and re-diagnose? Are there any other potential culprits?
