Hello all,

I've been battling with this GE dishwasher of mine for awhile now. It's only 2.5 years old, but has not been draining lately. It's kind of complicated because there was a time where it just wasn't starting a cycle either which was the start of my trouble with it.

The model of the dishwasher: GDF630PSM0SS

Here are the things I've replaced or tried so far with all the troubles this thing has given me:
  • Drain Pump
  • Circulation Pump
  • New Diverter Kit
  • New Discharge hose (this one doesn't have a check valve)

  • Tried running drain pump through the dishwasher's service mode (Nothing happens)
  • Dishwasher discharges through the garbage disposal and I've checked several times to make sure it's not clogged
  • Both Drain pump and Circulation pump are brand new and haven't even have only had empty loads run through them, so propellers on those shouldn't be clogged with anything
  • Have taken apart and cleaned out the inside, so filter is clean

As of now, I will start a cycle it will run through a normal cycle just fine. Once it gets to the end though, it's like it skips the drain part of the cycle and goes straight to turning off with the LED showing that the dishes are clean. There is no noise or anything.

I think it may be time for me to throw in the towel and call a service repair service, but I was wondering if anyone out there had any ideas on this.
Thank you so much for reading and I hope someone out there has an idea.

Here's the service manual for your model: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1csheGsbSmPFRON5ThkhhwfvZ6saWoxHc/view?usp=sharing

Page 56 explains how to ohm test the drain motor. Proper resistance is about 40 ohms. I know you said you already replaced it, but sometimes parts come defective on accident, so you can ohm test the drain motor to be sure its not defective.

Then on page 55 is the flowchart for No Circulation No Drain.

Here's the machine control board(underneath the dishwasher) for your model, if needed:
