FIXED GDF630PSM3SS GE dishwasher not heating/drying

Hello,

GE dishwasher model GDF630PSM3SS is not heating water and drying dishes with heated drying selected. Unit is ~2 yrs old. I saw on another thread where a member was able to reset the TCO and that fixed the problem. But I don't know where TCO reset is located on this model. Any insight is appreciated. Thanks.

Here's the wire harness that has the TUB TCO on it:

I CIRCLED it in RED.

Here's the service manual: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1csheGsbSmPFRON5ThkhhwfvZ6saWoxHc/view?usp=sharing Look on page 74 where it says TUB TCO, make sure you disconnect power to your dishwasher first!

The TCO is located on the right side of the tub, approximately 16 inches from the front of the tub.
The TCO is held in place with two 1/4-inch hexhead screws.
