I'm fighting this dishwasher and I'm hoping someone has some insight. The dishwasher randomly trips the breaker. Yes it is on a Square D GFCI/AFCI breaker that have had so many issues so I'm not ruling that out as a possibility.

The dishwasher will run for completely random times. After I started it, it ran through the initial fill, rinse and drain. It then filled and started running again and the breaker tripped.

I flipped the breaker back on and within the 5 seconds it took to get back to the dishwasher the breaker tripped again. Flipped the breaker back on with the door open, canceled the cycle and the dishwasher fully drained.

I was able to start a new cycle, but before it fully filled, the breaker tripped again. There aren't any error codes blinking on the board. Any ideas?

Hi Luke, I would certainly first rule out the GFCI by plugging the dishwasher into a normal NON-GFCI outlet and see if it still trips the breaker in the home breaker box too, if not then you will know for sure its that GFCI that is the problem.

The machine control boards on the GE models have a build-in CSM which acts as a GFCI, so I'd hate to say to buy that board and that still not fix it, see what I mean?

Here's the machine control board(under the dishwasher) for your model: WD21X24900C

When the CSM trips on that the STATUS LED will flash 7 times.
