GDT655SMJ2ES GE Dishwasher has power but will not start

When I hit the start button, the cycle will not start but the orange light on the front will just flash and beep.
I looked at the control panel underneath the dishwasher and the LED indicator did not turn on when connected to the power.

If you are getting 120 volts to the machine control board(underneath the dishwasher) and the STATUS LED is STEADY OFF, that means the control board is bad.

Did you verify 120 volts to that board with a volt meter?
