We had some contractors over to the house and they turned off the water line to the Dishwasher w/o our knowledge.
We ran the dishwasher before realizing this and now it runs but doesn't heat (unit is cold during operation and dishes are cold and wet on completion).
I'm wondering how to remove the heating element for this product variant?
I understand many others w/ GE Profile dishwashers replaced the flood switch to solve this problem:

but the flood switch assembly on this model is totally different and I don't want to go there until I've ohm tested the heating element.
Any help appreciated!

FIXED - GDT580SSF0SS GE Dishwasher does not heat
GE GDT580SSF0SS not heating. It was not filling with water so I replaced the flood switch and now fills however now it does not heat. I checked the heating element with my multimeter and shows 16 ohms. Any suggestions?
