FIXED GDT655SSJ0SS GE Dishwasher - 3 beeps and flashing warning light..

GM, reading through older post and need help with GDT655SSJ0SS.

Close door, press start, top lights come on. Press Start, 3 beeps, warning lights. Press start 3 secs to reset.

Press select cycle/start 5 secs, all lights on top flash about 10 times, then off, lock controls stays lit.

While lock controls is lit, press/hold select cycle 5 secs, press select cycle again, Normal is blinking and center front light repeats 2 blinks.

Can you advise what to try next, thank you

Check the machine control board STATUS LED (its located underneath the front on the dishwasher). Tell us how many times its flashing in a row, or if its STEADY ON or STEADY OFF.

To view the STATUS LED, remove the lower access panel of your dishwasher. You DO NOT have remove the control board from its metal casing when you view the STATUS LED.

When you have that panel lowered down turn the breaker back ON to your dishwasher. When viewing it leave all the electrical connectors to it plugged in.

Ok, If you are getting 120 volts to the machine control board(under the dishwasher) and the STATUS LED is STEADY OFF, that means the machine control board is the culprit. Since you are getting lights and beeping that indicates you are getting 120 volts to the machine control board. So your machine control board is bad.

Thx for the info, so lights/beeping and STEADY OFF means bad board.

Is the WD21X24900C same part, just different version?

Also, any DIY vids on removing/replacing board?

Part arrived yesterday and I installed today, hit start and Bam! It started ; )
