After pressing the start button it will beep (beep beep...beep beep... beep beep). It's the same sound it makes when you open the door while it's running. The orange light on the front then lights up. It will keep beeping every minute or so until you cancel it. I've tried turning the breaker off for about 5 minutes, then turning back on. Dishwasher is about 3.5 years old.

Hi,

Your missing a digit in your model number between the "J" and the "B". The model number tag is located inside the door on the tub frame.

Here's the results I get:
GDT695SGJ0BB
GDT695SGJ2BB
GDT695SGJ4BB
GDT695SGJ5BB

Thanks!

Check your main control board STATUS LED, Tell us how many times its flashing in a row, or if its STEADY ON or STEADY OFF.

To view the main control board STATUS LED, remove the lower access panel of your dishwasher.

--->Here's the main control board for your model: WD21X24901 Machine Control

Here's the video that show you how to remove the cover to access the main control board, and STATUS LED on it: STATUS LED Control Board Video

You don't need to remove the main control board from its casing to view the STATUS LED.

Hey! Having the same issue on the same model #. We've removed the foot panel and are about to pop the service board out, but what is the next step once we see the blinking (or lack thereof)?

Don't remove the circuit board from its metal casing, you can view the STATUS LED once you lower it down.

Leave all the electrical connectors connected to it and Tell us how many times its flashing in a row, or if its STEADY ON or STEADY OFF.
