In last 2 years I replaced both boards.
Unit will start cycle but does not drain at end of cycle or if you hold Cancel for 5 seconds.

How do I test the drain pump?

Sounds like you have something is the pump possibly or a bad drain pump itself. Just remove the pump and make sure you don't have anything inside. Also while you have the pump spin the impeller and make sure it feels okay and has good magnetic movement when spinning it.

When its trying to drain do you hear the drain pump humming, but not running?

Did you remove the drain hose from underneath your sink garbage disposal and put the drain hose in something to catch water in and see if it drains into that first?

If the drain pump is humming and not running, you will need to remove the drain pump and check for a foreign object that maybe stuck/jammed in it preventing it from running.

No humming at all. No water into the garbage disposal. Did not try bucket.

Are there pins I could place my multimeter on while the start cycle runs and then hold Start 3-5 seconds to cancel? Shouldn't that activate the drain pump?

On page 66 you will see the flowchart for NO DRAIN.

The Drain Pump is a 120 VAC synchronous motor, resistance of the motor windings is 27 ohms + or - 10%.
