Went to do a load of dishes and nothing on the display, I have house voltage to connector at main board under the unit, green LED lit constant no flashes, no change when trying to enter service mode, thinking the logic board in the door? Any help is appreciated I don’t want to sling parts at it

Also I should mention for the last few weeks it would randomly sound the chime like I had pressed a button, keeping the unit shut seemed to stop it

Hi, If the control board STATUS LED is STEADY ON--->UI personality not set, communications lost between UI and MC

The UI operational voltage is output from the main control board on connector J722 pin 2 black/green to pin 5 yellow/blue. If 13.5 VDC is found here, then the UI Board is the problem.

Here's the user interface(UI) board for your model you can order:

That J722 connector is on the other side of the control board, look here:

It's the one on the left above the ethernet port.:)

Let us know what you find.

Yes, you will need to order and replace the UI Board and that will fix it.

The new UI Board will come with instructions to set the jumpers per your model number. The jumpers must be set properly or it will not work.

Let us know how it goes.

Do you need instructions to replace it?

Great thank you, I have the board out, what a pain to take the door apart, I’ll let you know if this fixes it
