• ** REMEMBER! **The microwave can still shock you even unplugged!!

ALWAYS discharge the high-voltage capacitor first if you even think your hands will come close to any HIGH VOLTAGE components.

Jeff mentions this: Anything in the high voltage ( magnetron, capacitor, diode, wires to and from ):
...Use a metal ( not the shiny chrome type ) screw driver with a insulated handle to short across ( touch both at the same time ) the terminals of the high voltage capacitor to discharge it.

Hello, GE Advantium Oven - Model PSA2200RWW-02 - S/N VV300025K (Purchased December 2011)
The control panel does not respond to knob press. I can select a function on the touch pad (example Microwave), then turn the knob to the next level menu choice (example Popcorn), but it does not respond to pressing the knob.
In 2017 I replaced the Controller Panel (PN WB07X11315) because the touch panel was inoperative. It has worked fine until recently.
The Selector Board is a small printed circuit which holds the selector knob with a pig-tail, but the Technical Manual does list a part number. The photo (below) has two numbers.

Can anyone help with a part number and source for the Selector Board?

Thanks for your assistance,

Here's the Selector Board, seen from the back. There's a knob and circular selector on the other side.
Who can help me with a source and a part number? (I have tried the partially visible numbers in the photo with no success).

I found a "Rotary Encoder Board" on eBay, but it has another part number (Rotary Encoder Board for GE Advantium PSA9120/9240 P/N WB27X11022 WB27X32632)??

https://www.ebay.com/itm/124801538759 Is this the same part??

Press "Microwave" on the control panel, gets you here. Rotate the knob for a selection, but pressing the knob does not work.

WB27X11022 was the original number for that part on your model. It has since been substituted to # WB27X32632. Neither of those numbers may be stamped on the part itself as it is made by a secondary manufacturer whose own item number may only be stamped on it. I have no idea if the part displayed is either of those numbers but very well could be.

You can see a photo of the actual part here:
