Hi, I have a GE Arctica side by side, model: PSI23MGMB. The refrigerator side works fine, the freezer side stopped a few days ago and temperatures are now similar to the fridge. Seems like the fans on both side are working, as well as the condenser fan in the back. I also touched the compressor and its warm to touch. Can you please advice on what else I can check here? (I raised the thermostat to max and nothing changed, and the icemaker stopped making ice).

Thanks.

Its possibly a sealed system issue, do you notice frost build-up on the back panel inside the freezer?

You can watch this video and it shows you how to remove the back panel in the freezer to look at the frost pattern of your evaporator coil:

Look at the very bottom photo below where it says NORMAL FROST PATTERN.
