Hi all,

Our dishwasher started having problems washing dishes and after a quick 'reboot' I get "Active Codes" F96, F5. They persist after power-cycling the appliance and another wash cycle.

The F96 seems to be a quick 'turbidity sensor' fix, but the F5 a bit more, like the inverter board (which is different form the main board?) could be bad?

Thanks,

Chris

Would following page 63 of the TSG be a good place to start?

Yes, exactly.

Here's the main control board for your model: WD21X24802 Machine Control

I'm attaching your tech data sheet below.

Let us know what you find.

Success!

I replaced the board and all fault codes are clear. The locking tabs on all those connectors was more of a pain then expected. ;)

Now I'm on to a new loud(er) noise during the wash cycle.
