Following a power outage, no display on UI. Blinking status light on main board. Voltage is at UI board. Replaced UI board, but it was not an exact p/n match, but physically was the same. Same symptoms, no UI display. Replaced main board, same symptoms - blinking status led, no UI display. If the UI board p/n mismatch was problematic, I would have expected different symptoms but maybe not? We have reset power multiple times. Any thoughts?

If the UI board p/n mismatch was problematic, I would have expected different symptoms but maybe not?

It has to be an exact match per your parts diagram list.

When I put in my model number with that part in the compatibility tool, it says it is not compatible? Is this a bug with the tool?
