GE Dishwasher CDT765SSF1SS - Still getting F96 fault after new turbidity sensor.

So just finished replacing the main board, flood sensor and turbidity sensor. However I'm still seeing intermediate cleaning issues and a F96 fault code.

Next steps? Pull and test resistance on the sensor and wire harness back to main board?

From a similar thread:
"The Turbidity Sensor should be 10 ohms. So if you got no ohm reading on your meter at J703 between the Violet to White/Red wires, then its definity the hidden heater that is the culprit."

So I'll measure and report back.
