GE dishwasher GDF570SSJ0SS won't start. Service LED = single blink

The start light blinks, but the matching doesn’t make a sound. Flipped the breaker on and off - no change.

I looked at the service LED on the control panel and it blinks once.

Any idea where to go from here. Any other troubleshooting I can try?

OR

1x per second?--->Communications lost between control boards. Check connections, replace UI or MC as needed.
